The reality show that Kris Jenner started plotting approximately eight seconds after she learned her only son was dating Blac Chyna is coming to your television screens.
E! announced a “six-episode docu-series” tentatively titled Rob & Chyna that will follow the couple who have a lot going on right now between an engagement, pregnancy and keeping the blood pressure of Rob’s sisters within a healthy range.
The show will of course be produced by Ryan Seacrest Productions and Rob and Chyna will get their executive producer vanity titles (though when it comes to Kris, Khloe, Kourtney and Kim’s for Keeping Up with the Kardashians, they’re certainly more than that). E! News reports:
Each one-hour episode will follow the lovebirds from their engagement to Chyna’s pregnancy, and everything in between.
The exciting television event will culminate with a separate special at a later time celebrating the birth of their first child together (AKA the newest Kardashian!).
What’s interesting is that if E! really has footage from the time surrounding their engagement, that means they developed and starting filming this show very soon after they started dating, which coincides with this season of KUWTK. These types of realizations about the unending thirst of this family should not be surprising at this point and yet. This is certainly one way to move through life.
Rob & Chyna doesn’t have an official release date yet but will air later this year.
