Our avant-garde Lord and Savior Jaden Smith has landed an ad campaign with Louis Vuitton that features him in women’s clothing.
Vuitton’s creative director Nicholas Ghesquiére announced Jaden as the new face of the brand’s Spring/Summer 2016 collection in an Instagram post on Saturday, writing:
“Happy to introduce Jaden Smith @christiaingrey in the new SS16 @louisvuitton ad Campaign photographed by Bruce Weber.”
Jaden has worn a dress or two before quite boldly (he likes “super drapey things”), so this is nothing new—but it’s certainly a good look for fashion and a milestone for famous black kids.
A wise man once said, “I have a goal to be just the most craziest person of all time. And when I say craziest, I mean, like, I want to do like Olympic-level things.”
That man was Jaden Smith.
