What an awful song this is, with a video that features TLC’s never-aging Chilli as the romantic lead alongside Nick Cannon and the great, oft-forgotten Jeremih singing in the background, heard and never seen. There’s something weird about this, though.
It appears that Chilli agreed of her own accord to be in this video (viewable in full at People) for rapping cornball Nick Cannon’s song, “If I Was Your Man,” thus feeding the rumors that the two have been dating (though Cannon claims he is currently single). But there’s a moment in the video that seems to suggest otherwise, perhaps some blackmail at hand.
