Newly-minted Guinness World Record holders Boo Boo, a 4-inch-tall Chihuahua, and Giant George, a 43-inch-tall Great Dane, met yesterday in New York. “I thought he might want a snack or something, but he was very gentle,” said Boo Boo’s owner.
