After performing “Take Me To Church” with Hozier, Annie Lennox segued into “I Put A Spell On You,” and brought her all to the stage. During an awards show that brings together the most random of musical acts, which often results in dire combinations (Jessie J and Tom Jones, anyone?)—and in spite of her recent stumbling over “Strange Fruit”—this was a welcome respite.
