Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson Are Very, Very Casually Dating

Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson, one of whom I adore and one of whom I merely tolerate, are casually dating! This is as scintillated as I’ve been since the Grimes/Elon Musk news came down. Sorry, c.

Grande only just became single after ending her two year relationship with Mac Miller earlier this month. Davidson also very recently ended his long-term relationship with Cazzie David, daughter of Larry David. Wow, they have so much in common! Still, sources caution that it’s very, very new. Very casual. Very new.

“Ariana and Pete are dating and it’s casual,” a source told Us Weekly. “It just started.” Bossip reported last week that the two were seeing each other, followed by another source telling Us that “Ariana was hanging out with Pete and his mom at the SNL afterparty at Zuma on May 12.”

The two first publicly interacted when Grande hosted SNL in 2016, during which she joked about them smoking crack together. Aww.

The accusations against R. Kelly are continuing to pile up, most recently with a new lawsuit filed by a woman who claims the singer abused her.

According to TMZ, Faith Rodgers said the two met after he performed in San Antonio in March of 2017. She alleges in her suit that Kelly later flew her to New York City for another concert, which is when things got ugly:

After the show, she says Kelly “bombarded” her hotel room and initiated “unwanted sexual contact” … including oral and vaginal intercourse. After what she calls “abusive sex” … Kelly allegedly criticized her for being boring in bed.
According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Faith caught herpes from Kelly. She says they dated for about one year, during which he mentally, verbally and sexually abused her. Faith claims he locked her in rooms, studios and cars to punish her for failing to fulfill his sexual desires. In the suit, Faith says Kelly had a female assistant stand guard to make sure she didn’t flee.
