Bruce Springsteen and Fallon Did an Amazing Chris Christie Parody

Last night on Late Night, Jimmy Fallon came out dressed as New Jersey-born rock legend Bruce Springsteen to perform a parody of Springsteen’s “Born to Run,” rewritten to make fun of New Jersey Governor Chris Christie’s recent bridge scandal.

While a Fallon-helmed parody certainly has its charms, it’s not something that’s necessarily remarkable — that is, it wasn’t remarkable until he was joined by the Boss himself. Both clad in all-denim, the pair joined rough, blue-collar voices (that spoke of long days spent working in the factory) to sing “Gov. Christie Traffic Jam,” a song that’s sure to cut Christie (a diehard Springsteen fan) to the quick.

Side note: Bruce Springsteen is 64 years old and still has arms like goddamn pythons.
