Malachi Love-Robinson, a.k.a. Dr. Love, the Florida teen accused of running a bogus medical practice, has been arrested yet again, this time for grand theft and—believe it or not—fraud.
ABC News reports via the Associated Press:
News outlets report that 19-year-old Malachi Love-Robinson, who had been out on bond, was back in the Palm Beach County Jail on Monday. Love-Robinson, who had been free on $18,000 bail, was released after another $8,000 in bail was posted.
Court records show Love-Robinson is now also accused of writing a bad check for $1,500 as a down payment for a car. Details on the new grand theft charge weren’t available.
Love-Robinson was first arrested in February for illegally operating a medical clinic. He maintained that he did nothing wrong legally and told ABC he “did not perform any form of treatment.” He was arrested again in March on charges of larceny and using a fake I.D.
