Jimmy Kimmel and Sarah Silverman Remember Joan Rivers' Acid Wit

On Thursday, just hours after the passing of comedy icon Joan Rivers, Sarah Silverman appeared on Jimmy Kimmel’s show to discuss her late friend.

“She was a hero to me,” Silverman told Kimmel. “I loved her very much.” She said Rivers’ was at her most vital at 81 when she died.

“I know that if she was here she would was us to be here and be funny,” said Silverman. “She’d probably want me to say ‘nice tie, who made it, Calvin Clown? I like that shirt, does it come in men’s? Oh my god, Jimmy, I love your hair, you have to tell me where you bought it.’ That’s for you, Joan.”
