Judge Sets New Trial Date for Bill Cosby

A retrial for Andrea Constand’s case against Bill Cosby was announced on Thursday with all parties set to report to Norristown, Pennsylvania on November 6.

Back in June, jurors in the first trial deadlocked over a decision and a mistrial was declared. Shortly after, District Attorney Kevin Steele announced the case would be retried, saying “our plan is moving this case forward as soon as possible.”
