NBC is giving Maya Rudolph a variety series because they’ve been studying the Jezebel hive mind and they’ve created our ideal TV experience.

Deadline reports that SNL’s Lorne Michaels is producing (duh), and that NBC will air the pilot of the show following the Winter Olympics. Rudolph can sing, act, do amazing impressions, and is generally the most likable weirdo on TV. Can’t wait.
