Ocean's 8 Looks Good As Hell

Here she is. The Ocean’s 8 trailer. Everyone at Jezebel passionately loves at least one woman in this cast. A love like that is scary, because you might be disappointed by your love’s promotional materials. Don’t be afraid—this trailer lives up to its expectations.

Sandra Bullock plays Debbie Ocean, the sister of George Clooney’s Danny Ocean (who is dead?! Maybe? Probably not!). Debbie is mistakenly released on parole, and you better believe she’s about to violate its terms. She quickly assembles a crack team of pickpockets, designers, knock-off jewelry makers, and Rihanna to infiltrate the Met Gala.

Everything is glam, everything is fashion, and everything is hijinks. The necklace worth $150 million is on the neck of Anne Hathaway, and I don’t know, I’m a little suspicious of her, too? But I believe someone is gonna end up wearing those diamonds at the end of the film who you wouldn’t expect. Maybe Taylor Swift.

As in all relationships, things aren’t perfect with this trailer. James Corden pops up in the end. As long as he doesn’t pull a fast one on Debbie Ocean, I guess it’s okay. If a man comes out on top in this movie there will be a riot in the theater on June 8, 2018.
