Hindsight is 20/20 — and Teen Mom‘s Amber Portwood, Catelynn Lowell, Farrah Abraham and Maci Bookout are using theirs to urge teens to keep it in their pants.

In a new public service announcement that will air on MTV, each of the girls share regret over their choices to have sex instead of cuddling. So, youths of the world: the next time you’re faced with a choice between sex and cuddling — think of these four class-acts, won’t you?
