R. Kelly's Former Manager, Accused of Terroristic Threats, Turns Himself In

Latest

Henry James Mason—the former manager of R. Kelly accused of making terroristic threats to the family of Jocelyn Savage, one of the women featured in the Lifetime docuseries Surviving R. Kelly—has turned himself in the police, according to local news station WSB-TV. The news come just weeks after CNN reported that an arrest warrant was issued against Mason last summer.

The warrant stems from a May 2018 incident reported by Timothy Savage, Jocelyn’s father. According to CNN, Timothy claims that Mason told him, “I’m gonna do harm to you and your family, when I see you I’m gonna get you, I’m going to fucking kill you.” Jocelyn’s fathers were featured in Surviving R. Kelly, and Timothy has said that his daughter has been brainwashed by Kelly and held against her will.

Previously, the Savages’ lawyer said that Georgia prosecutors have reached out to him, following Jocelyn’s parents’ appearance on Surviving R. Kelly.
