19-year-old Dharun Ravi, who allegedly broadcast his roommate Tyler Clementi’s same-sex encounter via webcam before the Rutgers freshmen committed suicide, was indicted today on 15 charges including bias intimidation and invasion of privacy. If convicted, Ravi faces five to 10 years in prison.
