N: Meghan Trainor’s video for her third single, “Dear Future Husband,” feels like if Betty Draper became a pop star and made a diss track about Don. It’s not even good enough to be charmingly obnoxious. [Billboard]

Y: The whoas and wails of Lion Babe’s “Wonder Woman,” produced by Pharrell, could probably soundtrack a Pam Grier flick. Cool and fierce. [Complex]

Y: Devonté Hynes and Neneh Cherry recorded “He, She, Me” in collab with the English department store Selfridges. The video’s co-director Kathryn Ferguson describes this as “an evolving journey through a subtle push and pull between masculinity and femininity.” It’s pretty inspiring without being overdone, plus the song has a cold hollowness to it. Y: For some reason, Nai Harvest’s sprightly punk jam “All the Time” makes me want to watch old episodes of Saved by the Bell right now. [Stereogum]

Y: Questionable social views aside, Jill Scott’s voice is still incredibly jolting. She stuffs a ton a pain into this bluesy video for “You Don’t Know,” performing on stage with The Roots. The song itself is the equivalent of a lonely post-breakup walk. “Did you ever give up all your pride/ Just to have him by your side/ Well if you don’t know what I’m talking about/ You don’t know nothing, you don’t know nothing, you don’t know nothing about love.” [Fader]

Y: “Jungle” is my fav song from Drake’s latest mixtape and Gabi Wilson captures much of its somberness, talk-singing and sounding appropriately weary over a swaying rhythm. [That Grape Juice]

N: Sia may or may not have inspired this Lil Wayne video where he raps in a cage while croaking about snakes in his life (aka his ex-pal Birdman) and label woes and apologizes for his album delay. Still holding out hope for him. [Nah Right]

N: Ameriie crawled all the way back to 2005 and made another “1 Thing” in the form of this go-go-ish “Out Loud.” It’s not unlistenable but nothing inspiring. [Miss Info]

Y: Nicki Minaj and her pink fur are the best part of Rae Sremmurd’s “Throw Some Mo” video, which mostly features women pole-dancing on roller skates, a highly difficult feat. Giving it a yes because now I need to go find a skating rink. [Miss Info]
