Y: My best friend Willow Smith can’t get any cooler in the video for “Wit a Indigo,” which features an extreme x-ray filter. Still cool because Willow is un-sarcastically cool, though this isn’t one of my fav Willow songs. Also, I’m pretty sure it’s a cult recruitment video. [Complex]

Y: Alessia Carter’s rendition of Drake’s kinda somber come-through anthem “Hotline Bling” comes off as a more tender acoustic joint about a sometime lover. [Idolator]

Y: Laura Mvula’s decadent drawl on “You Work For Me” (featured in the trailer for The Man From U.N.C.L.E) sounds like wax dripping over a scented candle. [Complex]

N: There’s like an all-white version of Bane in the video for Steve Aoki and Fall Out Boy’s “Back to Earth” and I have little idea what’s going on, so nah. [MTV]

Y: I’m generally a fan of Mayer Hawthorne’s retro jams and he’s yet to stray from that formula. “Handy Man” is a cool enough clap-and-stomp groove for dancing in the ’jammies, if nothing else. [Billboard]

N: This video for Mike Will Made It’s “Drinks On Us” features Miley Cyrus walking through a strip club and Future dressed as a trap cowboy. The best thing about it is that Swae Lee’s singing makes me anxious for the next Rae Sremmurd album. [Idolator]

Y: Here’s a v. chill weed anthem from Popcaan about the joys of smoking weed called “Weed Is My Best Friend.” Now imagining a music video starring a giggling animated joint with arms. [Miss Info]

N: Scarface’s “God” has a hymnal vibe and John Legend brings his best negro spiritual vocals to it. I don’t mind this, but won’t be banging it. [Miss Info]

Y: Cool desert imagery and survivalist theme in the Chemical Brothers video for “Sometimes I Feel So Deserted,” but I’m only watching it once. [Billboard]

N: I surprisingly caught the bounce bug immediately to Kylie’s friend Pia Mia’s song with Kid Cudi called “Dum Dada.” Just can’t really deal with her screechy pipes. [D-Dot Omen]
