Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have finished setting up their solid gold chess set and are ready to start playing, as TMZ is reporting they’ve struck a “temporary divorce deal.” The agreement means therapy and drug testing (Brad’s first one was clean, by the way) and should help them get through the upcoming divorce hearings as smoothly as possible.
The terms, per TMZ, were recommended by DCFS, and are as follows:
— Angelina gets full physical custody of the 6 kids.
— Brad gets visitation, with strings attached. The initial visit is with a therapist present and the therapist then has the power to either allow Brad subsequent unmonitored visits or insist on being present whenever he’s around the kids.
— Brad is subject to random drug/alcohol testing.
— Brad and Angelina will each submit to individual counseling. In addition, Brad, Angelina and the kids will undergo family counseling together.
TMZ’s sources say the proceedings shouldn’t take longer than three weeks, at which point Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber will have been happily uncoupled for some time.
