Ariana Grande's new 'One Last Time' video is hella depressing

If we’re all going to die in a fiery blaze, I hope that it’s this pink and purple. Ariana Grande’s latest music video, “One Last Time” dropped today, but it’s giving me pretty mixed feelings.

On the one hand, it’s a fun, dance-y song like much of her popular music. On the other, basically everyone is going to die because a comet is gonna take out the earth (but look really pretty in the process).

Grande plays an adventurous civilian hellbent on seeing the end of days from a vantage point higher than her meager 5’0″ stature. A POV camera follows her through apartment buildings, an ambulance, and finally atop a building where she can see the rainbow of chaos clearly.

Green screens and bad keying abound.

I don’t know what I expected. I mean, this is the woman (yes, I went there) who had the missile bra and equally crappy green screen set up in the “Break Free” music video:

I guess she’s just super into saving money on locations/space-themed shenanigans.
