Ketut Liyer, the 96-year-old Balinese healer made famous by Elizabeth Gilbert‘s memoir, has had prostate surgery and is suffering from a heart ailment. His daughter-in-law says that his celebrity “exhausted” him, and the attention “may have affected his health.”
