Cold Snap Kills 65 Animals In Mexico Zoo

An unexpected temperature drop over the weekend left one monkey and several parrots, snakes, crocodiles, and peacocks dead at Mexico’s Chihuahua Zoo. Frozen gas lines left the habitats with no heat overnight, but zookeepers were able to save some animals.
