Doc Accused of Sexual Harassment: That Wasn't My Dick, It Was a Bottle

Latest

An Ohio doctor accused of rape and sexual harassment argued in court Wednesday that the women who have come out against him were confusing his erection with bottles that he keeps in his pocket. Well, that’s certainly a new one.

WKYC reported last year that three patients allege that while they were being treated for serious pain issue, Dr. James Bressi touched them in places he was not supposed to be touching them and forced them to touch him as well. One patient said he would put his hands in her underpants, while a second patient’s husband witnessed similar behavior through an open curtain while he wife was being treated.

A third had the best quote ever:

“He still had his pants on but I could feel it on my hands, rubbing up against my hands. I know what an erection is,” she said.

But in court Wednesday, Bressi denied the claims, arguing that the two bottles he keeps in his pants pockets (one is a coffee sweetener, the other is a regular pill bottle) are what the women thought was his penis:

This has been in my left pocket in my pants for 10 years. Obviously they’re big and they tend to bulge out in the pants and they do rub against the patients. As you can see, they’re rather phallic-like in their structure.

Bressi apparently believes his former partner at the pain clinic he worked at before he was fired for keeping bottles in his pocket that feel like a dick has it out for him and that the women were just so upset and in pain they don’t know what they were experiencing. (In the video of the trial, he describes one as “highly impressionable.”) Though a Facebook page in his honor has 32 likes, I think the prosecutors face when Bressi pulled out the bottles says it all:
