Fashionista Spam: Alexander McQueen Left Us £7 Million
LatestLike you, we get lots of spammy emails. Nigerian diplomats need wire transfers. Ladies have been mugged in London and can’t pay their hotel bills. But today, a first, forwarded from a reader: Alexander McQueen spam!
You’re not going to believe this, but Alexander McQueen left us £7 million. Some things of note:
- In the name Barr Perkins George, Perkins is not capitalized. and if “Barr” is supposed to be “barrister,” that is unclear.
- “his friend was a gay”
- Underusage of punctuation
- “this money was supposed to be used in
transporting and getting the new store that was about to be opened in los
angeles stocked with his recent designers”
With that in mind, here’s the full email, for your enjoyment:

that McQueen was a gay and claimed he realised his sexual orientation when
he was six. He told his family when he was 18.
