Hailee Steinfeld is a talent who has forced me to engage in some substantial reflection—how are we to consume kind of sexy music from the plucky girl from True Grit who we’ve watched transform from prettiest girl at your theater camp to awkward college freshman in Pitch Perfect 2 to burgeoning pop star?

I’m not sure, but I am sure that I love her Bieberesque collaboration with Zedd! As people who keep on top of Spotify’s Top 100 playlist will know, the single “Starving” has been around for a few months, but the video is new, and features Steinfeld looking perfectly pretty in a number of differently sexy outfits, partly while being respectfully touched by four shirtless dancers in a warehouse. At one point, two men arrive in an old low car—what happens with them we never find out. But who cares! This song is great! We’re young! We’re having fun! Go Hailee!
