It’s a number you never forget from school: 3.14, aka π aka the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter.
It’s also the perfect excuse to bake and scarf down pies today, on Pi Day. Today has been dubbed Pi Day of the Century since at 9:26:53 AM it marked exactly 3.1415 9:2653.
