Jenny Lewis Brings in Vanessa Bayer & Friends for 'She's Not Me' Video

More than a year after the release of her latest album, Voyager, Jenny Lewis has premiered a campy music video for “She’s Not Me,” one of the more successful tracks from the album.

Her famous rainbow suit makes a cameo, as always, and funny friends Vanessa Bayer, Zosia Mamet, Leo Fitzpatrick and Fred Armisen help her act out scenes from her career as a child star, from Golden Girls to Troop Beverly Hills. The video is a little precious, but I love it anyway—the silly narrative and dreamy, candy-hued visual scheme meld well with Lewis’ lazy sonic river of Fleetwood Mac-style riffs and sweet, sustained harmonies. This is a good one.
