Khloé Kardashian filed for divorce from Lamar Odom for a second time in May, after the original proceedings were disrupted by Odom’s collapse in a Nevada brothel during an overdose. Khloé flew to his side to help him through his recovery, but things have devolved since.
Khloé’s since been seen out with other fellas, most notably NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. Khloé tweeted that the speculation about the two of them was overblown:
But according to a source, seeing his ex out on the town seems to have set Lamar Odom off, along with his dwindling money supply. Some anonymous insider spoke with Radar Online about Khloé’s alleged plan to get a restraining order against Lamar:
“He’s totally lost it, calling her every name under the sun and yelling at her for breaking promises she made to him on his death bed,” an insider told RadarOnline.com.
“It’s pretty vicious,” continued the insider, noting 36-year-old Odom, who nearly died after an overdose at a Nevada brothel last fall, “has been bombarding her with bitter texts and drunken rambling messages that are starting to scare her.”
“She’s now considering a restraining order against him because he’s been threatening all kinds of crazy things, from spilling all her secrets to hoping she drops dead,” revealed the insider.
“He’s broke and desperate and she’s his last remaining source of cash – he’s so out of control he’s capable of anything.”

Johnny Depp’s lawyer, Laura Wasser, was in court Friday demanding that Amber show up so she can grill her about the alleged May 21st attack. Amber has not made herself available and that’s why Wasser went to court.
Amber’s lawyer, Samantha Spector, told the judge Amber is now in New Jersey for her best friend’s engagement party, and from there she’s flying to London for a costume fitting for her movie, ‘Justice League.’ Spector said Amber won’t be back until next Thursday night, hours before Friday’s trial.
