Multiple outlets are reporting that NBA player and Khloe Kardashian’s husband Lamar Odom was arrested for charges of driving under the influence just before 4 am Friday morning in California. He’s being held on a $15,000 bail, which is roughly the cost of one Birkin bag.
According to TMZ:
He was pulled over on the 101 Freeway for going too slow — 50 MPH. Cops say Odom had been driving in a “serpentine manner.”
Lamar initially did not respond to cops, and drove 3 exits before finally coming to a stop.
The LA Times is reporting that:
Odom showed “objective signs of intoxication and was unable to perform field sobriety tests as explained and demonstrated,” according to a CHP report.
Odom was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and possibly drugs.
At the Van Nuys jail, Odom refused all chemical tests and was booked without incident, CHP officials said.
Odom’s arrest is making any speculation about his years of secret drug abuse seem far more plausible.
