  • American Apparel now has until November 30 to file its results from the quarter ended June 30. The troubled company, which has seen progressively worse comparable-store sales, missed an (extended) deadline to file its Q1, and received another de-listing warning from the New York Stock Exchange as a result. Also, its auditors quit, citing irregularities in American Apparel’s numbers dating back to early 2009, and the Department of Justice is investigating, and in its last report, the company was forced to admit it may not have sufficient liquidity to continue as a going concern.
