Meeting Beyoncé at the Grammys and then casually working on a secret project with her is just a totally normal occurrence in the life of Laverne Cox.
On Tuesday Laverne Cox posted a clip on Instagram from a recent appearance on Access Hollywood where she talked about meeting Beyoncé at the Grammys. “I thought the first time I’d meet Beyoncé I’d start crying and freak out,” she says, who is giddy during the interview. “I thought I was going to cry but I swear a sense of calm comes over you when you meet the Queen.”
In the Instagram post Cox says she can give more details on September 6 but seems humbled Beyoncé is working with her. “Does she just pick out her biggest fans ever and let them work with her?” she says.
So, is it an album? Is it a guest spot on Orange is the New Black? Is it a 24/7 Facebook live-feed of the two crafting and making macramé plant holders?! I’ll take anything!
