The video depicts an intimacy in the act of caretaking, in which the woman bathes her paramour and presses their faces close together, their devotion evident while Day sangs it to the very end, looking hella like she’s gonna cry. The message is indeed that love conquers all, and while it’s maybe a little sappy, shit man, just go with it.
