Madonna Falls Off Horse, Is Hospitalized

According to the New York Post, Madonna has been hospitalized today after “taking a nasty spill” while horseback riding. A police source says the injuries don’t appear serious, and the hospitalization is for “precautionary reasons.”

This is the second time Madonna has fallen from a horse: in 2005, she took a spill and ended up with “three cracked ribs, a broken collarbone and a broken hand — when she lost her balance riding on her London complex on her 47th birthday.” [NYPost]
