Margaret Cho Officially Joins Fashion Police as New Co-Host

Latest

It’s been a long ten months since Kelly Osbourne and Kathy Griffin exited Fashion Police following Giuliana Rancic’s offensive remarks regarding Zendaya’s hair at the Oscars. Since then, the panel has included Rancic, Melissa Rivers, Brad Goreski and a rotating roster of celebrity guest judges. One of those special guests included Margaret Cho, who is now set to officially join the fashion talk show as a new co-host when it returns to E! next month.

Cho’s first round as their new member will be on January 11, when the gang will judge the outfits seen on the previous evening’s Golden Globes red carpet. “I love joining the crew of Fashion Police,” Cho said in a statement, according to the Hollywood Reporter. “To me it feels like family. although I am not quite a fashionista, I would love to look at it like I am changing it up — Fashion Police: Special Victims Unit. It makes me happiest to spend time with Melissa, and when I see her laugh at my joke, I feel like Joan [Rivers] is smiling, somewhere.”

Cho is also set to star in a new Amazon series called Highland, in which she plays a version of herself who has to move in with her pot dispensary-running family following a court-ordered rehab, Indiewire reports.
