I confess that I’ve never seen any of the films from the Ocean’s Trilogy because there are strange gaps in my entertainment knowledge, but Sarah Paulson is now in talks to join this cast is so fucking exciting and now I can’t wait.
Paulson isn’t confirmed yet and hopefully neither is the name Ocean’s Ocho, but the former almost makes the latter bearable. Additionally, a source told THR that the heist film is rumored to be set at the freaking Met Gala, an idea so thrilling despite the fact that it’s very eyerolly and ugh that they’d set a heist film with women at a fashion thing instead of, say, the Iditarod.
The Met Gala. Are you kidding me?! This is going to be incredible.
Watching Sandra Bullock lead Cate Blanchett, Mindy Kaling, Helena Bonham Carter, Awkafina, Mindy Kaling and Annie Goddamn Hathaway in a harebrained plot to steal William the Hippo or some large painting while also trying to kidnap Anna Wintour is a film that I will watch with pleasure.
