“This is really good news!!!!” a friend screamed over text message with this link this afternoon. This is really good news. Yesterday, Houston held a parade to celebrate the fact that the Houston Astros won the World Series, but they ended up accomplishing something great themselves.
Scream in satisfaction as thousands of individuals collaborate in flinging a hat all the way to the top of the exterior of a parking structure, tier by tier; celebrate the harmony of baseball fans, the caring nature of the hominid species, and maybe even the full expression of freedom because this happened in America, fuck yeah.
