“Stranger To My Happiness” is the gleefully upbeat new single from Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings and marks the singer’s return from chemotherapy after being diagnosed with cancer.

(Although! You may have seen her covering “Goldfinger” in The Wolf of Wall Street.)

As Spin reports:

…The clip above finds the band-leader bald following chemotherapy — an intentional choice. “Not wearing a wig and just being bald was an easy decision for me,” Jones said via statement. “I’ve always been me, and that’s not going to change now.”
