Sinead Harnett's New Track 'She Ain't Me' Is Thunderously Good

Entertainment

UK singer Sinead Harnett’s been a reliably good feature vocalist in the last several years—she’s skilled and flexible on Wiley’s “Walk Away,” Disclosure’s “Boiling,” Ryan Hemsworth’s “Small + Lost”—but this new single has her nailing down her particular charisma and jumping back over the “ft.” hurdle with ease. Released ahead of her solo full-length debut later this year, “She Ain’t Me” is all snap and soul and thunder: Harnett’s vibe here is sort of Leona Lewis meets Lauryn Hill meets Adele, and she’s utterly commanding over a sharp, reloading, militant beat.
