Stephen Miller's Childhood Rabbi Joins List of People Who Think He's a Piece of Shit

Stephen Miller’s childhood rabbi dunked on him during a Rosh Hashanah sermon on Monday, the Guardian reports.

Rabbi Neil Comess-Daniels of Beth Shir Shalom—a progressive synagogue in Miller’s hometown of Santa Monica, California—lambasted the Trump aide for his role in the “zero-tolerance” policy that left thousands of children separated from their families at the U.S.-Mexico border. Comess-Daniels referred to Miller as a “purveyor of negativity, violence, malice and brutality” and accused him of not learning a damn thing at Hebrew school.

From the Guardian:

“Honestly, Mr Miller, you’ve set back the Jewish contribution to making the world spiritually whole through your arbitrary division of these desperate people,” the rabbi said. “The actions that you now encourage President Trump to take make it obvious to me that you didn’t get my, or our, Jewish message.
“This is the season of apology, and to get to an apology, shame over past actions is necessary. Some shout at others when they are self-righteous enough: you should be ashamed of yourself! That’s not something I would ever shout or demand.” But Comess-Daniels went on to say it was up to Miller to acknowledge his wrongdoing.

The service took place at Miller’s alma matter, Santa Monica High School, where he spent his adolescence harassing Latinx students and staff. According to the Guardian, Comess-Daniels’s speech was met with “rapturous applause.”

Miller’s uncle recently penned an essay for Politico, calling his nephew a “immigration hypocrite” for supporting immigration policy that would have prevented his own family from finding refuge in the United States.

So it looks like everyone from family members, to old rabbis, to old classmates, can’t stand Stephen Miller. Shanah tovah, you fucker!
