On Sunday, B- list pop group Fifth Harmony presented the Candie’s Choice Style Icon Award to Britney Spears.
The hot young band was sure to mention that Spears was one of the first stars to perform at the first Teen Choice Awards 17 years ago. Spears wore an odd dress and the whole thing made me feel very sad for her and for the unyielding passage of time.
