The Masses Have Raised Nearly $55,000 for the Finger Lady

Latest

My hero–just behind the middle schoolers who refused a photo-op with Paul Ryan, and the trash muppet–is getting free monayyyy. Juli Briskman, the woman who became an icon by flipping off the Trump motorcade, and subsequently lost her job, has now been warmly thanked with a GoFundMe Campaign “Thank You Juli Briskman.” Briskman told the Huffington Post that she was “separated” from her position at a construction engineering company, a government contractor, after she used the photo as her profile picture. The campaign reads:

Juli Briskman is an inspiration to us all. This week we learned that she was fired from her employer for exercising her first amendment rights.

As of this writing, “Thank You Juli Briskman” has raised $54,761 out of its $100,000 goal. Raise a glass, and a finger, and some cash, for the woman.
