The View’s garbage-covered Wheel of Random Hosts, which producers use to select new panelists, has spun and landed on: Good Morning America’s Sara Haines.
Haines will co-host the talk show’s next season alongside Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Candace Cameron Bure, Raven-Symoné (she’s still there!) and Paula Faris, following a long year of co-host exits and rumors behind the scenes.
There’s more, according to Deadline. Current contributor Sunny Hostin, formerly of CNN, will also keep popping in, as will another familiar face on the panel: Fox News’ Jedediah Bila.
Whoopi previously signed up for another year of chaos in June and extended her contract. This being The View’s 20th season, a Barbara Walters anniversary special is scheduled in the lineup this fall.
