The Wildest, Most Charged Astrological Day of 2026 Is Here

When Will McAvoy got bummed because New York Magazine called him a “greater fool,” and he was super sad and had to be hospitalized because he self-medicated his hurt feelings with pills and alcohol and burst his ulcer? He nearly quit doing the news! Aries energy, when wielded properly, is the Greater Fool!  

But…it’s not just the moon in Aries right now.

We don’t have time to be feeling sorry for ourselves.

Let me get more specific: the Sun represents our soul and identity; the moon our subconscious thoughts, feelings, and urges; Mercury is known as the “messenger planet,” representing communication; Mars is the planet of War, yes, but also of desire and action; Neptune represents our inuition, our dream world, our imagination—and delusion; Saturn, or the “taskmaster,” is the planet of discpline and expertise; and Chiron represents our deepest wounds, which usually begin in childhood, and which—whether we realize it our not—are probably still holding us back from something we want out of life. 

All together, this energy is saying: Get over your shit, get out of your head, and make your life happen. 

In more practical terms: ask the thing, send the message, book the trip, launch the idea; tell someone you’re obsessed with them, ask your boss for one million dollars, post something so stupid that old you would die, but new you doesn’t give a fuck, go to the ocean and sacrifice a man under the moonlight and scream into the night sky for all the people who didn’t do the thing who came before you. Or something. Damn, am I about to pivot into motivational speaking? (No, I promise.)

From now through mid-May, this energy will stay swirling, and there isn’t a single planet in retrograde. If you’ve been waiting for a sign from the universe, this is it—this is the start of the moment where your entire life can change. I’m literally not joking.
