Tichina Arnold Didn't Expect Her Cheating Husband's Sex Tape to Go Public

Tichina Arnold says she didn’t intend for her husband’s sex tape to “go public” after she sent it in a group text to friends to announce their divorce. Who could foretell such things?

The actress told People she initially sent the text to “very close people” in a message that stated she was filing for divorce from her husband of three years, Rico Hines, an ex-Warriors assistant coach. She also texted them Wines’ sex tape with the other woman as proof of his alleged infidelity.

Arnold now says, “I did not expect it to go public the way it did,” and that “no one from my side leaked it.” A portion of the text reportedly read: “It’s over between Rico and I. This is where I part ways and all bets are off.”

Describing his cheating as “a pattern” in the interview, Arnold says, “There’s a point where you eventually have to jump ship and save yourself, so I just merely saved myself.” Via People:

As far as the actual content of the video goes, Arnold admits that when she saw it, she felt “betrayed.”
“I had that feeling of, you know, beyond him being my husband, this is supposed to be my friend, my confidant. Somebody who I can trust. And when you can’t trust the person that you sleep with every night, there’s a problem,” she says. “I could no longer trust him. I could no longer lay with him. And it doesn’t make him a horrible person. We all make mistakes, but not with me and not on my time and not in my life,” she says.

This was Arnold’s second marriage and she has no plans on marrying again for obvious reasons. “I know that for sure,” she says, adding that she’s dealing with the aftermath of the circumstances around the split. “I’m sure there are a lot of people that are upset with me, but it’s not their problem. This was my issue that I needed to deal with, and I’m old enough to deal with my issues.”
