In the grand country tradition of turning a story about heartbreak into a jaunty, banjo-heavy (synth banjo-heavy?) ditty, “Life’s About to Get Good” is about a scorned woman who, despite everything, is certain everything’s going to improve… even though her shitty ex ruined her life by cheating on her with some homewrecker a few counties over.
