Blac Chyna Has Been Granted a Restraining Order Against Rob Kardashian

Latest

On Monday, Blac Chyna was granted a restraining order against her ex and the father of her child, Rob Kardashian, in response to a series of social media posts that allegedly showed her naked body.

According to TMZ, Rob Kardashian was not at the hearing, and his lawyer Robert Shapiro did not contest the request. BuzzFeed News reports that Blac Chyna’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom, called the judge’s decision on the restraining order a “complete and total victory.” Kardashian must stay 100 yards away from Chyna and is not allowed to post any pictures of her, their daughter Dream, or her son Cairo until another hearing reviews the case on August 8. Chyna commented that she wants to get back to co-parenting Dream, which sounds virtually impossible considering the circumstances:

In an interview Chyna did with GMA, she says she felt completely betrayed and devastated by Kardashian’s posts, adding, “The moral of the story is he doesn’t respect me. So if you can’t respect me you have to respect the law.”

Bloom has said that Kardashian’s posts violated California state’s revenge porn laws, which makes posting sexual imagery of someone without their permission for revenge a punishable offence. BuzzFeed reports that according to authorities, charges on that accusation have not been filed as of yet.
