I Dare Laura Ingraham & Katie Miller to Prove How Much They Hate Feminism by Quitting Their Jobs

I think it would do a lot for morale in this country—or at least my morale—if all the women in MAGA who claim feminism has ruined everyone’s life would try to prove that a lack of choice is a better option by quitting their jobs, staying home, and staying quiet, just like they’re preaching young women should do.

On Friday, Fox News’ Laura Ingraham had on Katie Miller—who interviews her anti-immigration husband’s co-workers and calls herself a podcaster—to vaguely discuss The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, polyamory, and why feminism has destroyed America. It was a five-minute segment, and I have no idea what the point was other than Fox News trying to get Miller’s wife more airtime.

Ingraham began by bringing up ABC’s cancellation of Taylor Frankie Paul’s season of The Bachelor, with Miller repeating, ‘This was ABC’s first rebrand of The Bachelor in almost a year, Laura,” in such a serious tone that it was like she was reportine the Oscars annoucing they’re only going to award improv groups going forward—and not a reality show choosing a contestant from outside their own franchise.

She then bizarrely used TSLOMW—a show where all the women had kids super young and then focused on their careers—to complain that “what we want is strong families, strong women, strong men, that have children early on in their careers and early on in life, that then go on to prosper and be good examples in society.” Then she used that to complain how the birth rate is declining in every Western country except…~drumroll~…Israel.

Naturally, Ingraham then brings up a bill in California that would recognize “throuples,” to which Miller responds that because the left couldn’t win “on transing our children…they have to go to the next place, which is logically, polyamory.” In addition to being a terrible anti-feminist, since she still insists on having a career and an opinion, Miller is also bad at knowing the definitions of words, like “logically.”

This brought both women, who were having this discussion at their jobs, to their big anti-feminism finale. “Feminism in our country was funded to dismantle the family unit, and if you look at the rise of feminism in our country, it also correlates to a decline in birth rates. Feminism pushed women into the workplace.” Katie, you can quit your podcast literally any moment you choose. I’ll even write your press release.

“You hit the nail on the head with this, Katie,” Ingraham said (someone’s head was definitely hit with something). “People need to be having more kids, enjoying family, and traditional family is not a four-letter word.” Ingraham herself is a single mother to three adopted children—one from Guatemala and two from Russia—a gorgeous example of a “non-traditional” family. I’m so glad she had that choice.
