On Late Night With Seth Meyers, Meyers produces a photo of Jennifer Hudson throwing a silver platform heel at a Voice contestant. “If you move me enough that I remove my shoe to throw it at you, you have done something just amazing,” Hudson explains.

She recalls her own early audition in which casting agents threw pens, notebooks, and shoes in praise, a tradition she upholds.

“Music is so moving and powerful that it literally dictates my every emotion, and I don’t even know I threw my shoe at you,” she goes on. “If you’re close enough, you might get hit, but it’s a compliment.”

Contradicting the week’s troubling reports that, due to a prenup, Hugh Hefner’s last wife Crystal Harris will receive nothing from the will, TMZ reports that he “set her up” with “a sick pad and MILLIONS” before he died. Millions, and true love.

They reportedly obtained the deed to the mansion which is held in a trust held by Crystal, and “sources familiar” with the estate plan also say that the prenup leaves her with $5 million. Please, please let this report be true because nobody–NOBODY–should live in a world in which you don’t get compensated for marrying Hugh Hefner.
