Marc Anthony Denies Cheating Rumors, Says Marriage To J.Lo Just Didn't Work

Jennifer Lopez already shared the official, scandal-free account of her split from Marc Anthony in Vanity Fair, and now it’s his turn to bare his soul to a major media outlet. Despite what you may have heard about a torrid affair with Jada Pinkett Smith, Anthony tells ABC News that he’ll always love J.Lo and what caused their split, “wasn’t something sensationalistic happening.” He also says in the interview, which will air on Nightline and GMA, “It was a realization on both our parts. So you know it wasn’t shocking. These things happen. It was a decision that we made jointly … This is not a funeral. This is not a burial … This is just two people who came together and just realized – and so I’m saying that it wasn’t sustainable the way it was, and that’s that.” [ABC News]
