Proving she is one of those special artists who’s “bigger in Vatican City,” my Snapchat superstar and host of the upcoming America’s Next Top Model reboot will perform for His Holiness Pope Francis (among others) this weekend “at an event honoring the canonization of Mother Teresa.”
Though several media outlets have picked up the story, I’m going to quote The Catholic Herald for the sake of novelty. They write:
The singer will take part in the concert the night before Blessed Mother Teresa is canonised.
Like Mother Teresa, Ora was born to Albanian parents. Her family moved from Kosovo to London when she was a year old.
Meanwhile, Mother Theresa is in heaven reading the itinerary of this weekend’s festivities and going from confused saint to confused saint pointing to Ora’s name and asking, “Does anyone know who this woman is?”
