Comment Of The Day: Tales Of Neglect From Your Favorite Storybook
LatestToday we learned a mom was charged with neglect after her children walked a mile to a gas station to buy toilet paper. Cailin rua says:
I don’t understand the big deal. When I was a young girl in Sweden, my family lived next door to a girl whose father was at sea. He’d left her alone, at eight, with a monkey and a horse, and a suitcase full of gold coins that she used to pay the bills. It wasn’t a big deal at all; she was superstrong and clever, and we always had lots of fun at her house.
